I'm Sienna, the Head of Academics for the Junior Peacemakers this year! I am a third-year (U2) student from Vancouver, double majoring in international development and art history. This is my second year working with the JrP program, as I served as a classroom educator volunteer last year, teaching both of our current lesson plans.

 

I believe in the value of JrP after seeing just how engaged and interested a wide range of students have been in learning about global science issues. I've been so glad to have had the opportunity to teach and now create content that allows the new generation to learn about these big topics in an accessible way. I'm excited to be on a team that is constantly evolving and adapting our current content while also creating new sessions for the JrP program on entirely new topics.
