U3 International Development, minors in Geography (Urban Studies) and Education

I was initially drawn to Junior Peacemakers because it is the perfect intersection of two topics that are very important to me: social justice and education. This is my second year as a French Content Coordinator, and it is one of the most rewarding experiences I have worked on. There is nothing better than witnessing students feel empowered to create change and be encouraged to be critical thinkers. I am especially excited for this year as the sessions are getting a much-needed revamp to make them more interactive. Outside of Junior Peacemakers, I am a big geography nerd and you can often find me filling out country or flag guessing quizzes on the internet!
